    The Jacketed Kettle Features

    • Uniform Heating via Jacketed Design. The double-layered body (jacket) allows steam or heat transfer oil to flow between the inner and outer walls, providing indirect and even heating. High thermal efficiency and uniform heating effect. Prevents scorching, sticking, and overcooking, especially for thick or delicate products.
    • Optional Mixing & Agitation. Available with an automatic agitator to mix ingredients continuously while cooking. The agitator type can be scraper, paddle, frame, or planetary to suit product consistency.
    • Multiple Heating Options. Steam heating (external boiler or steam generator) and Electric heating (internal heating elements). Each method ensures precise temperature control.
    • Hygienic & Durable Construction. Made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel for food-grade hygiene. The inner surface is polished for easy cleaning. Sealed lids models are available.

    The Jacketed Kettle FAQs

A jacketed kettle is used for cooking, boiling, heating, stewing, mixing, or concentrating food and liquid products. It provides even and gentle heating, making it ideal for sauces, soups, jams, dairy, meat stews, and other food preparations.

It features a double-layer (jacketed) wall that holds steam, thermal oil, or hot water to indirectly heat the inner pot. This prevents direct burning and ensures uniform cooking. Our jacketed kettles include automatic mixing systems to stir ingredients during heating.

    We offer two heating options:
Steam heating – via external boiler or steam generator
Electric heating – with internal heating elements

Each type suits different factory setups and energy availability.
